All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Urban : 2–5 business days
  • Rural / Remote Areas: Up to 7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other external factors.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before placing your order.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.


ORDER TRACKING

FAILED DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Invalid contact details

We reserve the right to cancel the order or charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

For COD orders, customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation or restriction of future COD orders.


PARTIAL SHIPMENTS 

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and supplier location. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
