FAILED DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS

We reserve the right to cancel the order or charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
For COD orders, customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation or restriction of future COD orders.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and supplier location. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
